Enjoy Convenient Flat-Rate Pricing with Greenville Dumpster Rental
There are so many factors that go into determining the final price of a dumpster rental: the price of the dumpster itself, drop off and pick up fees, the fee charged by the landfill to dump your items, etc. All these variables can leave plenty of room for surprises on your bill if the company you’re using hasn’t taken the time to simplify their dumpster rental pricing for their customers.
Greenville Dumpster Rental is proud to offer flat-rate pricing for all of Greenville’s waste removal needs. This means that the price you’re quoted includes everything up front. In other words, the price you’re quoted is the exact price you’ll see on your bill. The only time you’ll pay extra is if you fail to follow our terms of service by exceeding your rental period or weight limit, or disposing of prohibited items.
To understand why flat-rate pricing is so important, consider that most other companies will simply quote you the price of the dumpster itself, without adding in all of the other fees that affect the final price. You think to yourself, “Wow, that’s so cheap!” and budget for your project with that low price in mind—only to discover that your final bill is significantly higher. The end price may end up being similar to Greenville Dumpster Rental’s flat-rate pricing, but wouldn’t you rather know that price right off the bat?
At Greenville Dumpster Rental, we will always quote you the full and accurate overall price of your dumpster rental. And we stand by that price as long as you stand by our terms of service. No surprises. No ruined budgets.
How to Avoid Additional Dumpster Rental Fees
With our flat-rate pricing, you’ll always know upfront what your final bill will be. However, because the waste removal industry is highly regulated, there are rules and conditions about what can and can’t go into a dumpster. There are also rules governing how much your rental dumpster can weigh, in order to ensure that your hauler can transport it safely to the landfill. These rules will be outlined for you in your terms of service when you call to set up your dumpster rental. If you don’t adhere to those terms of service, you will likely be charged additional fees.
Extra fees are charged for the following scenarios:
- Extra Trips: If your dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up through no fault of the hauler, you will be charged an extra fee. Common scenarios that prevent a dumpster from being dropped off or picked up: insufficient space for the hauler to place the dumpster, cars or other items obstructing the hauler’s path to the drop off/pick up area, and low-hanging branches or power lines over the drop off/pick up area.
- Hazardous Waste: You will be charged for contaminating a dumpster with any types of hazardous waste, such as tires, car batteries, paint, and more. If you’re unsure if any of the items you plan to dispose of are considered hazardous, please contact Greenville Dumpster Rental and a representative will be able to help you.
- Overloaded Dumpster: You must be sure that the debris in your dumpster does not reach higher than the top of the dumpster walls. Because it would be unsafe to drive with an overloaded dumpster, our driver won’t be able to pick it up and you’ll be charged for an extra trip.
- Exceeding the Weight Limit: Each dumpster size is allowed to be filled with approved debris up to a specified weight limit to ensure it doesn’t become too heavy for the hauler to pick up. If you go over the weight limit indicated in your terms of service, you will be charged an overage fee.
- Exceeding the Rental Period: All of our dumpster rentals come with a 7-10 day rental period (indicated in your terms of service). To ensure that you have ample time to complete your project, we do not automatically come to retrieve your dumpster at the end of the rental period. Instead, we wait for you to call us and give us the go ahead. If you don’t contact us for pickup, we’ll assume you haven’t yet completed your project and need to keep the dumpster for an additional rental period.
We work hard to consistently offer you the best prices and customer service of any dumpster rental company in Greenville. Get a Greenville Dumpster Rental quote today and take the first step to tackling that project you keep putting off!
